30-45 minutes I $85

A focused strategy session designed to quickly identify what’s driving mealtime stress and give you a clear starting plan.
 

During This Session, We Will:

• Identify your child’s top feeding or digestive challenges
• Pinpoint likely root causes (sensory, routine, pressure, gut discomfort, etc.)
• Clarify what may be unintentionally reinforcing picky patterns
• Provide 2–3 immediate strategy shifts you can implement right away
• Outline a clear roadmap for reducing mealtime stress
• Determine whether ongoing support would be beneficial

Week 1: Comprehensive Initial Assessment (60–75 min)

During This Session, We Will:

• Assess food variety, intake patterns, and mealtime environment
• Identify contributing factors (routine, sensory, gastrointestinal (GI) conditions, stress)
• Clarify parent concerns and goals
• Evaluate digestive symptoms (if relevant)
• Align nutrition strategies with any current therapy goals

 

After Your Appointment, You Will Receive:

• A written summary of key findings
• Personalized recommendations tailored to your child
• Specific next-step strategies
• Suggested routine adjustments (if needed)
