Learn who I am, how I work, and what drives my approach to pediatric feeding and family nutrition support.
Hi, I'm Alisha
My Approach
Gentle, Practical, and Collaborative

Every youth and family is different and unique. My role is not to impose rigid plans or fear-based messaging, but to help you feel confident and informed in your decisions.

My approach centers on:
• Foundation First – Prioritizing consistent routines, adequate nourishment, and gradual progress over restriction or extremes.
• Strength-Based, Parent-Guided Care – Empowering parents with clear guidance and realistic strategies.
• Therapy-Aligned Support – Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure recommendations complement developmental goals.
• Evidence-Based Practice – Grounding care in science while keeping it practical and accessible.
Nutrition progress doesn’t require perfection — it requires consistency and support.
