I am currently in the process of enrolling with insurance panels.

At this time, I offer:
Self-pay (cash pay) options
Superbills for clients who wish to submit for out-of-network reimbursement

I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

What is the difference between an initial session and a follow-up?

Initial Session (60 minutes)

A comprehensive assessment including medical history, current concerns, nutrition patterns, lifestyle factors, goals, and a personalized strategy to get started.

Follow-Up Session (30 minutes)

We review progress, adjust strategies, troubleshoot challenges, expand food options or protocols, and continue building sustainable habits.
